Congrats man, especially on the Submariner. That’s the perfect daily wear setup. I’ve had my 8mm 18k 26” from DJI for a month and love it. I just placed an order for a 10mm 18k 7.5” bracelet. The 3 month wait is brutal though.

Did you have bad service at DJI? I’ve ordered twice and although the first time took 12 weeks, that was explained clearly before I ordered. Quality was worth the wait!! Never heard of Rey’s I’ll have to check them out

@@BrandonWallach I stayed away from Daniels and searched out other Cuban makers. I watched hundreds of reviews on Cuban chains. One thing kept coming up. Customer service is terrible at Daniels is what reviews kept pointing out. You are a number. So I went with Reys. Very happy I did. They were great to deal with. 🙃 Chain is perfect as well. I wanted my money to go to a small shop and to someone who values a customer.

@@medicalfrog_78 I had a great experience with Daniels Jewelry. He responded fast to me, he even got back to me with a price on how much it would be with trading in some gold too. I texted with him and always got a response as well as every time I called the shop I was able to speak to someone who was helpful and nice. Literally took 24 hours from when I paid to get my Cuban link chain and he even took off 2” to shorten it. I also was talking to him about repairing a ring, he gave me a SUPER fair price and also said the turn around was quick. This was my second time ordering from DJI and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again! By the way, they are a small shop/business. They just do a lot of volume but at the end of the day their shop is small and number of employees is low. It’s a small business.

Bracelet needs an adjustment on the hidden clasp for sure it loosens up over time I daily my gold never take it off gym sauna shower etc so they both have held up pretty good if you ask me. Would order again for sure. And not to mention gold prices have went up insanely high since I got them so i could scrap them for what I paid back then lol

@@prateek9043 I’d do sleek for both personally I prefer the look. Box lock is definitely stronger I got no bad blood with the box lock bit I do think I personally enjoy the look of a sleek lock more to be honest

I noticed the bracelet and necklace are different shades of yellow at 4:08 when comparing side by side. Was it the camera/lighting? Or did you request for the bracelet to be less yellow?

Yeah, they sleep. They are different shades, but I did not request that it is just how he came to the naked eye. It’s pretty hard to tell the difference though.

@@GokuSaiyan902 funny you say that, I notice the locking mechanism is not amazing, the clasp part the folds down and clicks in is like a second safety so it won’t just fall off if it un buckled, I wear it on my motorcycle and to the gym and stuff no issues though. Never take it off. I think the regular box lock is stronger. As for lobster clasp I hate the look of them and they are the weakest. I would do a sleek lock again no questions asked though, I prefer the look and it doesn’t really sacrifice any durability/reliability it’s holding up just fine and I put this thing through everything lol

@@lawrencewilliams6923 yeah deff send it in to him for a sleek lock I’m doing it on my chain cause I love the sleek lock I’m honestly not a fan of the box lock at all it’s around ~$300 to get a sleek lock installed. He will also do a custom size id go only 1/2” bigger so I’d go to a 7.5 if you’re at 7 if you’re closer to 7.25 ask for a custom size of 7.75” he can shorten it since u have a 8” bracelet right now. You’ll be so much happier with it that way trust me

@@BrandonWallach so my exact situation is that im actually wearing a fake 30$ bracelet for reference. but i have an 11mm 8 inch with a sleek lock being made right now, but im worried that it might be too tight on me... the 8 inch fake i wear is just a tiny bit tighter than i want, but i plan on losing about 40 pounds. and also the 10mm fake im wearing is much thicker(4.7mm thick) than how Daniels files it. so im hoping between the weight loss and the thinner bracelet it will be pretty loose
