@@cybersanta1413 DJ was projected by every expert to be a career backup. He did not come into the league with any elite talent and was a 0 star walk on at Duke. The same exact issues that plagued him as a college player, still plague him 6 years later (bad processing speed, panic under pressure, stares at receivers, etc.). Giants have a shit team, but don't act like DJ wasn't a big part of why they were a shit team. Any top 10 QB has the Giants at at least .500. DJ isn't a difference maker but he can be very productive in the correct system. He's like Brock Purdy. He needs literally everything to be perfect. That's the difference between a career backup and a starting franchise QB.

I”m a Giants fan. DJ is a great football player physically. However, he has not been the same since after a couple of concussions. He can play; he just doesn’t make good decisions lately.

He’s never made good decisions consistently. He only threw for 20 tds one time…his first year. He turns the ball over and he’s stopped making good reads and bad progressions have become the norm. Great teammate, not a good player.

He is at best a back up QB, or 3rd stringer. He has panic attacks in the pocket. Maybe sitting on the bench and watching for a while will help but that is very doubtful. Don't expect much Vikings' fan. Nice guy, good professional but a 3rd stringer.
