Daniel Miller

In this video, we start a series on the history of Millersburg starting with a little background on Daniel Miller, the founder of the Boro. At one time, Millersburg was nothing more than scattered cabins in Upper Paxton Township in Lancaster County. By the time of the founding in 1807, Millersburg and Upper Paxton Township were a part of the recently created Dauphin County. Much of the information and research for this vignette came from the Millersburg Bicentennial book.

Awesome info! I knew about the house but not of the location for his cabin! Like many others I've walked by or through that lot unknowing of the history that plot held.
