I do not put them in the dryer, I think they would shrink, they are already on the smaller fit for me so couldn’t afford to damage them! I just let them naturally dry then iron 👍🏻

Yeah I probably would if you want it to fit snug, a medium might be too big but they are on the smaller size 👍🏻
