When he was like 22 in Anaheim I thought he could become a Phil Kessel lite. His shot is nasty. Obviously he never got close to that, but I’m glad he’s become a useful middle 6 scorer. I think Anaheim should’ve kept him. Also 3:25 🤨 cmon now Gibby

Anaheim could have kept him but I'm more surprised with how much he's bounced around the league based on his skill

They need to re-sign Vince Dunn after his monster season. So, Sprong is kinda the odd one out unfortunately

We have a stupid number of guys backed up in the system especially with getting Yamamoto. Shane Wright is coming up next year w/ potential to flex to Bellemare's wing, meaning Spronger wouldn't have gotten the ice time he deserved. He was scratched a lot as it was and already had to compete with Geekie. I'm really sad to see him leave but I'm happy he gets more than one year and a big raise from the league min he got.
