Sterling is the man, I went to his studio in Mass and he got me flipping, doin flash kicks, round off back tuck and round off flash in an hour and a half!! On top of that he got me to increase the height of my double leg like 12 inches no lie!!! Best Instructor out there hands down

i think the key is to do a thread the needle action....if you know what i mean...i can just barely pull it off but when the kicking leg goes up...you thread the other knee through..ya know? let me know if this is wrong

it's a groin intensive kick. make sure you start out with some splits before you start. And don't wear yourself out.. Take time learning

yeah deep squats, lunges that sort of thing. but mostly stretching and taking it easy. don't overwork yourself learning this kick
