I just want to say thankyou because this also works if your phone has an entire app frozen as you can see through the app but it's just on my home screen and it even stays after resetting so the fix was to power reset it.

My lock/power button on my iPhone 13 was just not working at all. Doing method 1 it didn’t pull up the power off screen but it seemed to magically fix it and Siri came up as I was holding the button. Crazy but it worked! Glad it wasn’t a hardware issue. Thank you!

Thank you for your fix instructions - I would like to note I could NOT resolve problem even though IPhone fully charged - however, following your instructions - with iPhone “plugged into” my charger - your instructions worked perfectly - so if others follow your instructions and experience IPhone still “freezing up” try “plugging” in to your charger and repeating instructions. Bro thanks you , I love you LMAO method number 1 worked right away with my 13 This was my problem I turned on guided access, While I was watching KZbin and I have KZbin premium so there are no ads, I fell asleep and woke up to my phone locked I could not see the video the only thing that I could see was my passcode screen when I would press the home side button, when I would go to triple click it to turn off guided access it gave me the message “would you like to turn off keyboard access “ but I could not touch or press anything, I tried turning off my phone and that didn’t work Press volume up then volume down and finally held down the home side button and boom! Hector he Apple logo popped up restarting the phone THANKS MAN!!!
