Today's video is the ninth prompt in the Stitch With Me 2023 Slow Stitching Workshop.
Today's prompt is "PERSONAL ARTIFACT". Use this theme as your springboard for creating a small fabric piece to add to your card for the book. The theme can be modified or used in part for your own version. Feel free to put your own spin on it.
In today's video, I show how I take a precious artifact and use it in my work, by attaching it to my card, adding layers and additional thread.

Use fabric, threads, beads, found objects to create your slow stitched piece. When complete, attach it to your card with either adhesive or a few stitches.
Set aside your finished piece and at the end of the year, I'll show how to attach the pages to the book.

The Stitch with Me 2023 is being made into a book. Mostly it's about being able to create something, but I love to make fabric books.

Thank you. The Letter Stamps and Inkpad are both old tools - from either Micheals, Hobby Lobby, or a scrapbook store. You can find them on amazon as well.
