My mother was a prolific knitter, but towards the end of her life I had to tell her what “round” she had to do next; she just did t know. This was a lady that created beautifully knitted projects and she taught me to knit when I was a kid.

Best carb that helps w hunger is definitely plain ol white rice. Even i as a fitness coach rely on rice. It’s the only carb that’ll fill u up w least amount of calories as well. Healthy stuff💪🏽
