My goal of this year is learn how to give others space a long with giving mud the needed space alone. I never know how to say no to people or how to be alone and I was recently dumped before Christmas so this is my chance to be alone and work on myself and just love those around me but not too much. @morganslucher

My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle! In 2020 I did a lot of lounging and was pretty lazy. To achieve this I’m do some type of movement every day. Whether it’s a walk, weight training, spinning, etc, will determine how I’m feeling that day. I just want to listen to my body more and fueling it with nutrients it needs as well!

To love myself. I’ve always said I’m fat out loud or think it and my family agree with me which kinda makes me sad because family is suppose to lift you up. But I’m to try and workout more even if that mean workout when I come home from work and just say that I’m beautiful. Because I want to lose weight too

2021 GOAL I want to be more present in life and not take any moment for granted! I am a high school senior and this is definitely not how I dreamed this year would go. However, I am stilled crazy blessed and do not want to look back on this time and have regrets. LIVE IN THE NOW! ps I love watching your vids as a college sr./jr./soph./fresh. while I am a high school sr./jr./soph./fresh. it has brought lots of perspective to my life and I am so looking forward to the next chapter :) mags.nifisent

I’m hoping to step out of my comfort zone, my anxiety levels have reach an all time high not being able to go out or do anything. I’m not 100% sure how I’m going to do this yet with being in the 3rd lockdown in the UK but fingers crossed it won’t last much longer. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate them ✨🖤

Hey Danielle! I would have to say my overall 2021 goal is to build my confidence back up and live a healthier lifestyle. I lost my grandpa in the beginning of March 2020, it was really tough and I gained 50 pounds bc of it lol. BUT at the end of 2020, I realized I really needed to turn things around, and work on making myself the best I can be. So far I've already lost half of the weight, and in 2021 I'm hoping to lose the rest and build my confidence back up! Hoping this will be a better year, we all got this! my top 2021 goal is to minimize social media usage and be more present!! There truly is nothing more relaxing than putting your phone down and not having to worry about what others are posting. 2020 taught me that anything can change and/or be taken from you in the blink of an eye, so I really want to be present and enjoy every single moment this year!! btw i love your videos and all the positivity you bring! My goal for the year is to push myself to new limits physically, mentally and emotionally. After reflecting, I have really noticed how much i’ve limited myself from doing things because i’ve mentally said “stop”, physically given up, etc. To put it in motion, I will challenge at least one of the three each day to make slow but sure progress. For example, today, i’m practicing Spanish on duolingo to push my mind to learn a new language. Happy new year✨ @meghanbruegge

Hi Danielle! Just wanted to say I have been growing up watching your videos and you are someone I have always looked up to. This year, my goal is to fully focus on myself and my mental health. My sister passed away a few years ago and I feel like I worry so much about my parents and their wellbeing and not so much about myself. I want to do things that make ME feel good. I want to focus on getting into a workout routine and also commit to accomplishing things on my bucket list. Those things include getting into a phd psych program and also traveling to places I have always wanted to go! I want to focus on my own self-care and fulfillment in the new year :). My top goal for 2021 is to truly love my body and treat it well. I've struggled a lot with unhealthy exercise and eating habits over the past few years, and this year I am focusing more on intuitive eating, treating food as fuel, and thanking my body for what it does for me each day. I so constantly tear myself down instead of appreciating my body for what it is. @caelanulke

My goal for the new year is balance! This past semester at college I was really overwhelmed with work and ended up focusing only on my schoolwork, and found myself not being able to work out or take the time to prepare healthy meals. While I did good in my classes, I ended up gaining some weight and felt pretty down on myself because I fell into a bad habit of eating quick (usually unhealthy) meals and being too lazy to get up and be active, despite how good working out makes me feel. In order to address this goal, I’ve started working out again over break to get back into the rhythm of things, and have created sort of a workout plan for school as well that would work with my classes. I have also been researching and trying out healthy and quick meals that I can make a school! I really hope to find a good balance between schoolwork, healthy eating, and being active in the new year. IG: @becca.carey

My goal for 2021 is to focus on myself more, I want to journal everyday (with my doing well daily journal🤩) so I can feel more motivated and seek every opportunity that comes my way🤞🏼I want to be realistic with my goals as well as trying to push myself to be the best version of myself - by starting to do things like reading every day, listening to a podcast, meditating or just having a self love 30 minutes each day🥰 I plan to continue to exercise regularly and eat foods that my body deserves/ craves

My goal for 2021 is to start journaling once a day. Journaling really helps express my feelings and relieve stress and I always feel so much better after! I'm starting to incorporate journaling into my morning routine so hopefully, it will stick! Would also love to add using the dyson airwarp to my morning routine after my showers! My 2021 goal is to try and come out of my freshman year of college with a good experience. I know that yours wasn't one of your greatest, but I hope that this entire year could be different and fun for me because that's all I want since this is supposed to be the best time of my life. I'm going to achieve this by getting out of my comfort zone and being less shy. Go up and talk to people even if I have no idea who they are. My goal this year is to sing a little more, learn to play an instrument im thinking the piano and to practice because they say practice makes perfect. I would also like to be more organized with my time, eat better, and encourage others with love and hope. Most importantly to enjoy every minute with my family, and to love them well... and lets not forget my hair. My goal is to brush it, style it, and let it down for a change. =) Heres to a better year. My top goal for 2021 is to truly love my body and treat it well. I've struggled a lot with unhealthy exercise and eating habits over the past few years, and this year I am focusing more on intuitive eating, treating food as fuel, and thanking my body for what it does for me each day. I so constantly tear myself down instead of appreciating my body for what it is. @caelanulke

My goal for the new year is balance! This past semester at college I was really overwhelmed with work and ended up focusing only on my schoolwork, and found myself not being able to work out or take the time to prepare healthy meals. While I did good in my classes, I ended up gaining some weight and felt pretty down on myself because I fell into a bad habit of eating quick (usually unhealthy) meals and being too lazy to get up and be active, despite how good working out makes me feel. In order to address this goal, I’ve started working out again over break to get back into the rhythm of things, and have created sort of a workout plan for school as well that would work with my classes. I have also been researching and trying out healthy and quick meals that I can make a school! I really hope to find a good balance between schoolwork, healthy eating, and being active in the new year. IG: @becca.carey

My goal for 2021 is to focus on myself more, I want to journal everyday (with my doing well daily journal🤩) so I can feel more motivated and seek every opportunity that comes my way🤞🏼I want to be realistic with my goals as well as trying to push myself to be the best version of myself - by starting to do things like reading every day, listening to a podcast, meditating or just having a self love 30 minutes each day🥰 I plan to continue to exercise regularly and eat foods that my body deserves/ craves

My goal for 2021 is to start journaling once a day. Journaling really helps express my feelings and relieve stress and I always feel so much better after! I'm starting to incorporate journaling into my morning routine so hopefully, it will stick! Would also love to add using the dyson airwarp to my morning routine after my showers! My 2021 goal is to try and come out of my freshman year of college with a good experience. I know that yours wasn't one of your greatest, but I hope that this entire year could be different and fun for me because that's all I want since this is supposed to be the best time of my life. I'm going to achieve this by getting out of my comfort zone and being less shy. Go up and talk to people even if I have no idea who they are. Hey Danielle! I would have to say my overall 2021 goal is to build my confidence back up and live a healthier lifestyle. I lost my grandpa in the beginning of March 2020, it was really tough and I gained 50 pounds bc of it lol. BUT at the end of 2020, I realized I really needed to turn things around, and work on making myself the best I can be. So far I've already lost half of the weight, and in 2021 I'm hoping to lose the rest and build my confidence back up! Hoping this will be a better year, we all got this! my top 2021 goal is to minimize social media usage and be more present!! There truly is nothing more relaxing than putting your phone down and not having to worry about what others are posting. 2020 taught me that anything can change and/or be taken from you in the blink of an eye, so I really want to be present and enjoy every single moment this year!! btw i love your videos and all the positivity you bring! My goal for the year is to push myself to new limits physically, mentally and emotionally. After reflecting, I have really noticed how much i’ve limited myself from doing things because i’ve mentally said “stop”, physically given up, etc. To put it in motion, I will challenge at least one of the three each day to make slow but sure progress. For example, today, i’m practicing Spanish on duolingo to push my mind to learn a new language. Happy new year✨ @meghanbruegge

Hi Danielle! Just wanted to say I have been growing up watching your videos and you are someone I have always looked up to. This year, my goal is to fully focus on myself and my mental health. My sister passed away a few years ago and I feel like I worry so much about my parents and their wellbeing and not so much about myself. I want to do things that make ME feel good. I want to focus on getting into a workout routine and also commit to accomplishing things on my bucket list. Those things include getting into a phd psych program and also traveling to places I have always wanted to go! I want to focus on my own self-care and fulfillment in the new year :).
