This Face Yoga class is great if you are in your 30’s but it can equally be enjoyed in any decade. It combines facial exercise and facial massage for glowing, healthy skin. Always work to your own level with all Face Yoga techniques and have clean hands, clean skin and apply serum first plus always checking with a doctor first if you suffer any medical or skin conditions. Hello Danielle Collins; I just wanted to say how amazing your techniques have been in my self-care routine, and I am so happy that I found this video as well as many of your other videos/teachings, and have incorporated them in my life. I do happen to have a question. Would you recommend that I do my facial yoga routine once in the morning and once in the evening or just once a day? Please let me know as soon as you can and have a wonderful journey. Take care.

Will you be doing a demonstration for the sixties? I am truly noticing increase in wrinkles due to post menopause. I love your routines, concentrating on marionette lines. Thank you so much for all you do!

Thanks a million for this! I’m in my mid-thirties and started doing your face yoga videos almost a month ago. I’ll try this one out tomorrow morning! I’ve also just bought a quartz roller and quartz gua sha and I’m heading to check out your tutorials about them afterwards. How would you recommend to mix this massage with the gua sha/rollers? Hi! Wonderful! I recommend if you want to do Face Yoga, gua sha and roller in one session then do Face Yoga first, then gua sha then roller. Or you can do them at different points in the day ❤️

Plz a make a video for 50 and 60 plus ➕also . As at this age its more required specially those who were not aware about Face yoga in their 30 s. More over wrinkles and saggi skin strts at this age. Each woman wana look graceful at any age. Thanks 😊

Should we double the next day for missing out a day? And is it ok if we divide this 20 min exercise like first 10 min at the start of the day and the rest before going to bed or is it more effective doing it as a whole?

Hi, you can either do it as a full workout or if you wanted to split the video into two halves that is also okay, if you miss a day there is no need to double up the next day just continue where you left off 💗

Some of the techniques in this workout are find to strengthen and lift muscles that need strengthening or lifting, there are other muscles in the face that we tend to use through expression so we actually need to relax though muscles so there are certain exercises that we use to relax the muscles that need relaxing 💗
