This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Great workout Dan, I've been using resistance bands for the last 18 months so had some established conditioning with them, but got a bit bored of the same routine and your workout was a breath of fresh air, I'm much more motivated watching someone and with a timer. I had to use a higher strength band, but the workout still worked everything really effectively.

I'm really happy that resistance bands are starting to become more popular! I bought 3 for myself and so far they can be really challenging. I love how you can make it more or less difficult with the same band just by adjusting your grip! I also have some booty bands and they have been so useful in toning up, lifting and shaping my butt!

Strength and building mass in general go always hand in hand. If you need more rest to recover so you can do more reps with the same resistance then you should do it because that will give you more benefit for building more muscles! 👌

This was an amazing workout, thank you! Really easily adjusted to resistance cables if you don’t have the continuous loop style of resistance band. I wish there was a warm up and cool down/stretch in the video too, since I don’t really know what I’m doing, but that seems to be a consistent thing on youtube workout videos.

niiiice workout! my upper body is pumped right now! and thank you for your honesty, I really liked that. one question: is there a chance to get the music (some dj set/medley?!) in the background? for example via a retransfer link? would be amaaazing!
