The North Face Fusebox - travel backpack

Took this backpack to Europe for 5 weeks travel from NZ. Absolutely no problem with any carry on requirements. Was super waterproof and durable. Can fit so much into it and of course the quality of the backpack meant there was no way it was going to rip. Plus it looks slick! Highly recommend it!

Guys, I love my Fuse Box as well, but it's definitely not waterproof. The water leaks in through the zippers and especially the laptop pocket paddings tend to suck it all in - about the worst place.😬 Interestingly, once the water gets in, it also tends to stay in.

Which airlines did you take? I am interested in the bag, but I'm worried about the size of the backpack on airlines like Ryanair or Eurowings

​@@hi_im_julian It can fit the sizer if it isn't full. It's soft fabric so you can squeeze it in a bit. It isn't ideal for air travel with airlines that are looking to make the extra buck by spotting 1 cm infringements of hand luggage regulations. I've flown Finnair, KLM and Lufthansa with it.

I think there are different versions in the U.S. vs elsewhere. There is a 14l & 26l in the U.S. with no outside pockets or zippers. There also seems to be a 30l one that I can’t find for sale in the US
