I don't recommend using the mosa genie app as the camera sucks, it makes my videos laggy. I'm using a samsung galaxy a12, don't know if that has anything to do with it. Instead use open camera app. Some buttons won't work without mosa app but at least it still functions.

My Moza Mini S (Essential) goes to sleep after some time while using motion time-lapse/trajectory delay mode. I set the path points, set the time and everything. After a few minutes I see that the gimbal is to sleep before the time is complete. I set it for 10 minutes but it went to sleep just after 4 minutes... Please help...

Thanks. I only know iOS can support 4K 60. There should be 1080p 60fps for android.

I would say the Moza has more features to do what you mostly want. I never used the Redmi, but the app does work on android if you can download it. It doesn’t have all the features if you were to have an iPhone. And thanks 🙏

That's all in how you walk. Unless they make another motor for the Z axis. It will always show up when anyone walks unless that person is really good at that gimbal walk

I didn’t have any trouble with mine. Try joining the Facebook group or contact Moza. Maybe you gotten a faulty one

I bought the Mini-S couple of days ago. It worked absolutely fine. But yesterday it started jerking like crazy, the phone distabilized by itself. I tried to calibrate it but still no use. The interface said 'Calibration Successful' but the phone still acted crazy when I restarted the gimbal. Any help?

Before you buy a gimbal make sure it fits the weight requirements. You can easily look up the weight of your phone

Daniel Sin The weight is not a proplem. I mean the requirments of the phone. I mean the full compability from the model note 5 or iphone 6. Because this models are not in the specification list. Thanks !

@@TimoOzlem oh i see, yeah it gets weird when phones starts to outdate and no one really knows how compatible the app would be. I would make sure the firmware is compatible with the current phone software. That is probably the best way to check. Unless people email directly to the company.

@@JivanYatri Moza S now has the option to extend like the Vimble 2s. Plus Moza has plenty of features and modes to learn. I would pick moza for smoother shots as I said. If you want want something simple to use then pick Vimble

If the the case is too thick then the gimbal clamp may not hold it. Make sure it’s properly in the clamp

No the phone is fixed but the gimble just go to sleep after 1 min some times after 20 sec. The battery of gimble is also perfectly charged.
