I made them and they are fabulous…I served 20 people and all of them thought that I bought them from a bakery. 😊 Make sure you work the dough quickly and place it back in the fridge enough time to chill before the next step. I have made laminated dough before but there are many variations and I liked this one. Thank you!

Thanks for the comment,You can use 4g instant yeast instead of 12g fresh yeast
