@@AtomikGround a bit late to this and not sure if it was different some years ago as of your comment and the video but you don't need to have a military background to join the jaeger corp as stated on "forsvaret": karriere.forsvaret.dk/uddannelse/varnsfalles/jagersoldat/ here if you search on the danish word "adgangskrav" translated to: "entry requirements" you'll find that it is written that you don't need any military background also as quoted below (i will translate it to english but feel free to translate it yourself if you don't belive me) "Hvad skal der til for at blive optaget? Du behøver ikke at have militær baggrund for at søge uddanelsen til jægersoldat. Du skal have en god fysik og udholdenhed, og ikke mindst en stærk vilje. Du skal opfylde følgende adgangskrave og bestå optagelsesprøven:" after some other requirements are listed such as age and so on what I just quoted will translate to: "what does it take to get selected? You do not need to have a military background to apply for the jaeger corp. You need to have a good physique and endurance and especially a strong will. You must meet the following entry requirements and pass the entrance exam:" so the only difference between someone with military background and a civ is that civ needs to pass the entry requirements and be declaired suitable at something called "forsvarets dag" which is where you'll learn more about life in the military it's also where you take a test, get cheked by a doctor about your health to see if you're suitable for the military and or the danish enlistment/draft. and if you're already in the military you'll need to: If you are a permanently serving constable, commander or officer, you must apply for the start of the Patrol Course and Aspirant Course via the command route at your own unit, where you must register in Event Management. you need the basic military training but civs without military experince are offered sof*hbu (the basic training) before the can start the jaeger corp's training thats all i wanted to say thanks for reading my long ass comment with alot of grammatical errors :)

So apparently due to Denmarks inability to field a big army it is expected for the Huntsman corps to be able to take down at least 14 enemy soldiers before being wounded themselves. There is obviously a lot of arguments about which is tougher the huntsmen or the frogmen but they have like 3-4 documentaries and 1-2 books about them since they were established. So only the guys who served in the branches or with them would have any idea. Still I'm just glad they are on our side.

@keanrdbropedersen14874 жыл бұрын
I will translate to you from their website: So, the fun thing about the frogmen is that you actually dont need experience. Everybody can become a frogman, they dont need military experience. "What are the requirenments? You need a strong will and stamina and fullfill the requirenments. You need at least the grade 02 (the passing graed, anything under is failed) at the primary school graduation in math, danish and english. Also keep in mind that you have to be 21 at start of education (under 31 is recommended), be a danish citizen (so you need to immigrate to Denmark) and can take a drivers license (can not have been removed from you at start of education)."
