I have big problems understanding why words ending with e in any combinations seems to be drawn against a oe øh sound, while words with ver ending is silent. Words like 7, red, vegetables, is nearly impossible to speak correctly. But I start to figure out why Danish is so messy in some instances, like the word year is pronounced only as the first letter. I cant figure out how I ever will be able to speak danish correct. I dont want to butcher the language..
