「ダンジョン飯」7巻に登場する魂のエッグベネディクトを再現しました。ちぎりパンを横まっぷたつに切る、というセンシのセンスがなんかツボに入ってしまってずっと作ってみたかった料理です。
★補足
・テロップ入れるの忘れていましたが（ごめんなさい）、HBにセットする際にドライイースト（3g）も必要です！
・右手だけ手袋つけているのは、別件で指先を切ってしまったからです…

I happen to read Japanese and have a lot of free time on my hands Soul Eggs Benedict from Dungeon Meshi Freedom Units are included after the metrics The Bread 1: Add Bread Flour: 250g (2 cups) Skim Milk: 6g/ml (about 1 ¼ teaspoons) Sugar: 15g (3 ⅔ teaspoons) Salt: 5g (¾ of a teaspoon) Butter: 10g (a little less than a tablespoon (7/10 to be exact)) Water: 190cc/ml (about ¾ cup) To a bowl and mix *The text at the top right states that the guy who made the video “isn’t very good at kneading bread, so they let the HB** do it **An HB is kinda like a bread proofer, if you don’t have one you can just leave bread in a cloth covered, well oiled bowl on the counter. It’ll just take longer and you’ll have to monitor it until the dough is roughly double in size. 2: When it’s done with its first proofing, de--gas the dough 3: Cut the dough into 16ths 4: Make the dough partitions into balls 5: Put a damp dish towel over them and let rest for 10 minutes 6: Reform the dough into balls and arrange them in a skillet *The guy who made the video states that they were able to divide the dough between 2 13-16 cm (5-6 in) diameter small skillets 7: Let proof again for 40 minutes to an hour at 35 C (95 F) 8: When they’re about double inside, they're done proofing 9: Apply an egg wash to the bread 10: Let cook in an already heated oven at 180C (355 F) for 15-20 minutes 11: Let the bread cool The Sauce: 1: Whisk together 1 egg yolk, a ½ tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of water. 2: Whisk until combined smooth 3: Mix in 30g (about 2 tablespoons) of melted butter a little at a time to the sauce 4: Finish with salt and pepper *They add that it has the vibe of a Hollandaise Sauce Egg: 1: Add vinegar and salt into rolling boiling water 2: Add an egg in gently, we’re going for a poached egg Finished Product: 1: Cut the bread in half horizontally * They add that the inside is delicious, the outside not so much 2: Cut the poached egg in half with the bread 3: Top with the sauce
