Omg. DAN JONES. You’re my MOST FAVORITE VOICE ON SLUMBER! I just randomly found you here! Every night, I listen to you and my husband knows I can’t fall asleep or nap without Dan Jones whispering in my ear. Haha!

I don’t know what kind of wizard you are but your videos put me to sleep within minutes and then my dreams follow your stories. Then you stop talkin and I wake up suddenly and then fall back asleep the moment you start talking again. Anyway thanks Gandalf.

This was so soothing. I watched an unexpectedly scary video before I wanted to sleep (it was with jumpscares and they reminded me of childhood trauma that I got on KZbin because I watched something too scary), so I got really panicky and paranoid. This helped me go to sleep right away. I'm so grateful for your amazing work! And I hope everything is okay with your family situation 💜

I hear the beginning, your voice is so relaxing. Next thing I know, I wake up and it’s finished. I restart it, and the same thing happens. Thank you for the sleep you bring every night, ♥️

Usually I am one of the first to like and comment when one of your tracks comes out but I'd no recollection of receiving a notification this time. Turns out that I'd listened to your ASMR track shortly before it launched and was so thoroughly hypnodrunk as to be unaware of the notification...and everything else outside my mind for that matter

Thanks as always Dan! Any way you could make a video for headaches? Unless u already have some
@DanJonesHypnosis4 жыл бұрын
I've got a playlist of a self hypnosis for tension headaches course which includes a self hypnosis process that can be followed (Self Hypnosis to Relieve Tension Headaches: kzbin.info/aero/PLp0cU22E4NrL8YGACa2XSlaQLdONYQpai) I have made many tracks for dealing with pain and headaches over the years. I'm have to find a way to share them again. Some of my sleep meditations are also designed to help with pain, most recently Hope the Bunny. And I think in my channel is a White Light Process video

Every Monday night (so tonight will be the next session) at 10pm I hold a sleep meditation creation session where viewers suggest ideas they would like me to build one of my healing sleep meditations around, then about 30 minutes into the live session I create the sleep meditation live with the suggested ideas.

Stories work faster than quiet meditation. I wonder why?
@DanJonesHypnosis4 жыл бұрын
These sleep meditations use a lot of techniques to help with sleep and therapeutically to help with anxiety, stress and worry. They use the hypnotic suggestion at the beginning to focus the mind on the ideas of falling asleep and implying that this is inevitable, then they focus on sensory elements of the experience to help the listener to be engaging with the experience rather than just passively listening to a story for example and by giving you things to focus on and engage with it is harder to then be focusing on other thoughts or distractions etc which increases the speed you are likely to fall asleep. Then there are frequent transitions and movement, all of which down the experience and help to continue and communicate the idea of journeying deeper into or along with the experience. Whereas just sitting without something to follow along to and engage with and perhaps try to meditate maybe focusing on your breathing etc can be difficult to hold your attention on that without it wandering to other thoughts etc and losing the focus. It is easier to follow along to and engage with someone guiding you into and through an experience.

If Julia's emojis are crying emojis I assume she was sad at being awake when she should be asleep.
