For everyones info, bacterias don't live in water. They live in the items in the tank. So transfer water from old tank does no good. Instead take some stones or filters sponge from old aquarium and use them in the new tank.

Bro.... These fishes are best suited for planted tank. Also don’t use this power head filter. It increases the flow which makes the fish stressed. Always use canister and hang on flow filter for these kind of fishes.

Put a full white or black background with strong light so fishes will see more beautiful

The fishes you chose are Tetras and Rasboras which suitable for planted or semi planted aquariums, gravel and side filter will not help you . Side filters create strong water current so hangon filter is recommended here,the smaller the fishes lesser water current is the rule here.If you have no choice you can add plants like anubias barteri to the gravel base which is hardy and survives most water conditions....
