The “no tanks on ports” rule is a silly rule. The game allows you to put units on tiles. What is the point of a word doc rule system like this?

Most of the rules are because some things are just completely imbalanced or are straight up exploits. If it wasn’t for the rulebook, you’d see divs teleporting constantly, it’d be that bad

because it is impossible to break tanks on ports, asia would be extremely allied biased, africa would be impossible for axis to take, sealion would be impossible. its a rule for balance purposes but it would probably be better if they just buff amphib tanks to be able to break tanks on naval invasions
