Writers became lazy explaining how Shun met his new Bakugan or their relationship. Like Skyress was the last gift from his mom to remember her, Ingram met him while she was being captured by the Vexos. Hawktor was a little bit rushed but they needed Neathian bakugan for the Season so it's okay. But I gotta give Jaakor credit here cause at least he got this episode to explore his bond with Shun where almost broke up, so he got much more character development than Taylean.
