That’s pretty cool they actually gave you what you need to make it legal. So many of these companies just put a class 2 sticker on it and send their customers out into the world to lie about what they bought. This shows they could easily do it the right way for stuff that goes 40+.

I just ordered my 13 yo son the 2 seater in orange with the saddle bags and sissy bar. He has added all of the biker gear in my amazon like German helmet boots and vest. He is stoked it should be her in a week or so. He has one of those little 200cc Coleman mini bikes now and rides it to death. BTW great video.

Trying to get mine inspected in Texas and they put gasoline motor on the paper.... I can't find anything online that says mandatory registration for electrics.... They wanted over $370 to get a license plate....

Not sure the vin numbers since I have sold it but the hp shows like 3 on the certificate of origin so in Florida it’s considered under 50ccs based on the horsepower. It did not have a CC on the paperwork since it is electric.

This comment is for alot of younger people (under 30). With only 2000 Watts of Power and the bikes much heavier weight than traditional Ebikes, your not likely going to keep up with regular car traffic going as slow as 30 miles per hour. (forget 35 or 40) This means while you might be ''legal'' to get into regulr car traffic lanes like a motorcycle, it does not mean your going to be safe doing so, and to make matters worst, riding lower to the street which makes it harder for you to be seen from car windshield height, put's your spine and head at even greater risk if you get hit from behind, (helmet or not)

@@altraledge3446 they base the cc’s off of the HP the paperwork says the bike is. Mine was just under 50cc worth of horsepower to not require a license but double the power at 4000w I would say will require an endorsement.

I wish being on a fixed income (physically disabled) that I could afford one of these. I can't hold up a motorcycle anymore, and something like this would at least have that same feeling of being on a motorcycle. The lower center of gravity would certainly make it easier to ride for someone with my physical issues, but with the price, it's anything but affordable.
