This is a very interesting remix. When compared to the original, it seems much more somber, more solemn. The original Cycles, in my opinion, was about the endless, hellish cycle that Lord X creates for his victims. It was about fear, and the terror felt in those trapped by Lord X, but this remake pretty much flips that on its head. When listening to this song, it almost felt like a song of sorrow. It's like Lord X is trapped in the same endless, hellish cycle he creates, and perhaps there is a side of this twisted being that is much more human. Maybe he is just like us in the ways that we suffer. Perhaps he pities himself just like we will do in times of need, or maybe even Lord X wishes for a disconnect from the destruction of realities and his eternal hunger for pain. It's odd to think that such an evil being could wish for rest from his own wickedness. That idea adds a lot to his character, makes him more human, and makes him more believable. It's a very interesting parallel, and I love it. Keep up the good work guys!

@@Z3RO5286 I prefer this mainly, in a way he defintly isn't intend alway on harm like sonic.exe sometimes he enjoys the simplicity of living. Or sees his toys as valuable possesions to treat with admost care. A Chaotic Neutral is perfect for his character, is fitting of someone whos up for anything, though he may cause pain. It being a coping mechanism seems much, but it adds much more reason to him. Making him more terrifying due to how real he feels.

I feel like this is the song lord x actualy needed a fast paced song for a litteral speed demon is great and all, but the sadistic nature of lord x dosent fit with stuff like execution and cycles, This sonh however shows the charactrr in all its glory, a fast song that you describe as slow, a meloncholy feel , like the world is ending and your spending your last hours with your family and loved ones. Lord X knows he could break evey bone in bfs body without hesitation... but he dosent, he just wants to have "fun"
