I can still see it clearly in my mind, the night Weston played his guitar and sang 'Stop Running Away'. We recorded it at my home studio in Jena, Louisiana. I played lead guitar on an old Gibson B15 acoustic guitar and sang backup. Very few people knew what a great keyboardist he was. He is no longer with us and I miss him every day. God bless you Weston, I love you, brother. .... Jeaux

For those asking or haven't figured it out Em / C / D / Em and repeat is the progression. For those just starting I suggest outlining those chords and bending into notes in those chords. Have fun!

0😅 I could I feel the same way you do I am 64 years old two months ago I started playing guitar in 1980 1980s a self-taught I was a drummer really and I picked up the guitar to write songs I stop playing music completely when I started to go blind somewhere around nineteen eighty-nine I say I got the feeling this urge to pick up pick up the guitar again and 2015 and it's been a slow slow progress back because I didn't realize how much I actually looked at what I was doing when I yeah I never could have played with like laying down without looking now everything I'm playing with was I I I can't see and it's still you know working progress but of course is and everything I'm enjoying it and like you said I'm beginning to feel it you know I'm beginning to know where to put my fingers when I'm playing something you know I just imagined it and my fingers go there was just kind of a really cool feeling it's not all the time but it's getting better got a little crazy with gear though 5 guitars and 3 amps😅 I'm thinking of buying another guitar pretty soon but you can think of worse things to do with my money hope you keep up what you doing that's what I'm going to be doing and yeah I guess that's about it it's really a great feeling to be able to make music I'm thinking of going actually to music & arts it's the only kind of music store within 30 miles of where I live and I live in the capital of Suffolk county New York Long Island right go figure but and maybe renting time on a drum set that would be nice to do that again to anyway that's it for me I'm making no sense anymore take care of yourself and enjoy what you're doing really bother blind PS my problem is with these jam tracks and stuff is when they sez e minor or a or whatever I have no idea what that means and I just like put my finger and hit her know and see where I am and if it sounds right and then I go for it from there when you're performing you know you can't start like they're trying to figure out where you got to be to play with the other people but you know life goes and it's fun and see you later again while the blind guitar

One of the keys is not over playing find a little riff and find ways to repeat in different neck positions. Start low and slow build them go back to low and slowly work to a crescendo. Knowing the caged system and having several ways to play the chords up the neck helps alot. You can then play out if those shapes.

The song I made with this: You just walked into the room. Thinking you could stop me. But you're so wrong. I'm more powerful than you think. I've got something that you don't, and I'm not gonna tell you. I've got something you don't. It may be small, but it's just as great as me. You just wait until you see it. I never felt that I could trust you. (Until this very moment.) I never felt that I needed you to do something. (Until this very moment.) Maybe it's just me, maybe it's just you! Maybe it's only my imagination playing tricks on me and you. Maybe life is falling, maybe life is fine. But the thing I know for sure, I'll never fall behind. I've got something that you don't, and I'm not gonna tell you. I've got something you don't. It may be small, but it's just as great as me. You just wait until you see it. Maybe it's only a fairytale ending, with a twist. But after this and before this, I'll feel a twist. And for those who are haters, can't you see? It's all about believing those who believe in you. You know It's all about believing those who believed in you in the first place. Not just about the competition head.
