I am Uruguayan; and I am perplexed at his accent.. I wouldn't say he's got an Uruguayan one. Furthermore; I would say he's got some Northern English there. Of course, my English is just First Certificate level anyway; so it's just a guess. I know he lived many years at different regions of Spain.. don't know if that adds up to anything
