What a great podcast I can relate to a lot of what was talked about, the mind is a wonderful and sometimes nasty thing that plays tricks on lots, being a fishery owner in France a lot of people come with the wrong mind set, it's not easy to keep a good mind set as I have been ill for 2 years but having a positive mental attitude as help me through it, keep up the good work.
