It is not to hard to dance as you think. Let the music move you even if it’s just step side back and move your arms like you are conducting an orchestra. I am a self taught dancer and mot great but it brings me joy. Lost my husband and he loved to dance and did not care what others though; he had fun and it made everyone smile. Just have fun and don’t care about judgements. I miss dancing with him but I think of him when I dance. Any movement is dance- YOUR dance. Try it at home then be bold and spread your wings!
