A manager who is prepared to accept his mistakes, make appropriate changes in tactics, organisation and approach. and always shows great commitment and dedication to our club. His work ethic is there to see, and obviously rubs off on his players. Röhl is astute, intelligent and remarkably calm and composed. His post match comments are balanced, honest and free of excuses and complaints The best manager we have had for years, I hope Chansiri backs him in every way, otherwise we will lose him. Röhl is attracting huge attention and respect from many clubs here and in Europe

Trying not to get too carried away here, but I really do like this chap’s personality and dedication to the job. No doubt there will be clubs bookmarking him for the future, so I hope we can enjoy him for a couple of years before he moves on. But… if he takes us to the prem and things really take off, then that would be amazing :)

Interesting that his immediate thought at half time was to keep calm, then change tactics. That’s a manager taking responsibility and using his ability. He knows that the team can come back. They’ve done it before , but it makes for a nervous watch. I’d have settled for a point at the start of the game. Says something about the team this season that in the end they could have won the game. Not consistent enough for the playoffs though. Anyone agree?

Yes certainly agree, he`s doing a great job with what he`s got but I think the squad isn`t quite a play off/top 8 squad. He keeps saying things like this, as if he`s giving the chairman that nudge each time he does an interview. Hope the chairman responds as Rohl clearly wants him to. Great comeback today, shame we didn`t win it in the end! Onto Preston and hopefully another away win.

A think we need to tighten up at the back.The goals seem to be coming now. Confidence in your backs and goalie means the attackers can be more expressive and not frightened now and then to give the ball away, especially at home in opposition half.

I would have taken a point at 'Boro before the game so to get one after being three down and putting in an awful first half is a bonus to me. Keep the faith, though I agree with another comment on here that we're too inconsistent to get to the play-offs. This game in itself is a perfect example of that inconsistency. May be next year will be our time at last to get to the Premier League if Danny stays.
