I mean you didn’t “get robbed”. I understand being super disappointed that your team lost but you got to watch the amazing game of hockey live ! And atleast you got to watch your team score 3 times I mean shit. I get the disappointment though. I’m a Vegas fan and was at the 2019 game 7 vs the Sharks when we were up 3-0 halfway through the 3rd period and then the refs decided to hand the game to the sharks by giving us a 5 min major and the sharks then scored 4 times in a row , we tied it with less than a minute to go and then lost in overtime. Grew up in Atlantic Canada, surrounded by Habs and Leafs fans mostly. Ridiculed for being a B's fan throughout school. To be able to beat the Habs enroute to the Cup was so satisfying. My Dad was a huge B's fan and the reason I grew up one too, and to be able to celebrate that win with him was something special. Watched every game, and never counted the B's out, you could just tell they had something special that year. Was also awesome to sweep the Flyers, since the year before in 2010 the Bruins blew a 3-0 series lead, and a 3 goal lead in game 7 to lose the series. Now here in 2024 Marchand at 36 years old is the only player left off this team. I hope he can win 1 more Cup (at least) before he retires.

I'd put 2019 in here as well maybe even before 2011 had the bruins won game 7 of the final that year but oh well. Obviously gotta give the canucks lotta credit as well given they barely scored any goals this series despite going a full 7 games mostly cause of a cluster of guys playing with various ailments (unlike the bruins who were pretty healthy) and ofc were the presidents trophy winners that year The canucks tbh though were very lucky to simply get out of the first round since they nearly got reverse swept by an 8th seed in the defending Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks who had ofc beaten them in six games in the second round the previous 2 years prior. Imagine if the hawks had won that game 7 in OT instead of them and what would've likely happened to the canucks organization.

Then I realize he's getting paid 10.5 million dollars (cap space wise) and doing next to nothing but laying an egg on the ice and realize nobody's going to want him. This series is the case for Price's decline. Thank you Bruins for exposing Price's bad sides and how he really isn't the best goaltender in the league.

Bruins fan here; & Danny9 whether you like it or not you've gotten a *like* from me. And the Tampa Bay series; only reaffirms my bitterness aBOOT trading tyler seguin(management claiming "he rely's too heavily on his talent.")to Dallas only to receive nothing(Louie Erikkson, or a cup of coffee)... Idc if you think he rely's on his talent too much; that's his game for christ sakes! now look at dallas; and how well he's playing there. I'm telling ya Bobby Orr & Ray Bourque(they tried for a brief moment w/ sergie samsonov)will be the last superstars on the Bruins. We no longer look for players such as a tyler seguin or a dougie hamilton etc. it's the managements belief that superstars such as these only hinder the chemistry in the locker-room and when your teams game is based around out-working the opposing team. star players don't fit well into that style of game-play, if you're a star you need to be tough gritty, willing to get down an block shots at any given moment. if you're still a star player and do all of the things I've listed above then bruins scouting management may take a second look at ya. but like seguin(and good for him btw)for not wanting to change his style of game-play; his talent allows him to play without taking runs at opposing players, this also plays out into the stretch where he usually doesn't take the same injuries as others; because he plays a much less physical game. not saying I like it, but the good cop/bad cop routine between him & jamie benn seems to work well, and can be a nightmare for other teams to try too defend.. so apparently tyler seguin knows something the bruins management doesn't(the league & game are changing/evolving *duh* )..

It sucks because when Boston beat the Canucks half of the Canucks players were injured from dirty hits and plays and the refs were just brutal. Marchand Submarined a guy and punched Sedin 3 or 4 times, if that's your definition of dirty I can't wait to hear your hilariously dumb defense of the much more common Burrows/Lappierre shitbag antics and Rome's extremely disgusting hit

@@turkturkleton2671 dude chill. I never said the Canucks didn’t do anything dirty but from your response you are definitely a Boston bruins fan. All I did was give my opinion. All I can say is the refs seem to give up near the end of the series which messed up everything on how the teams were playing.
