I feel like its Dante.. He seems like he could be jealous of everyone as like he has the worst room, never won any game against Agath , and he's the lowest bidder for the mansion.. Dante could've and probably killed with pure envy and rage. Thats just my guess and theory. Before i forget: he does have the fanfic of the events of that night, including Agatha's death (Cant wait for part 3)

Ofc Skella was gonna get the house, but that means it probably wasnt Skella, Dante was not only the lowest bidder but it seema like he has a motive to kill Agath. He also writes fanfiction. Dante also has a bad room.. and seemed to be very defensive when be questioned. I suspect that Dante is the murderer, or a cover up.
