"Pisces" definitely does a good job of showcasing her voice and the band as well, but it's really more of a "digestible" showcase. The song is fantastic and kickass, but imo it's far from their best work. You make a valid point though.

The reason I like it seem to be the reasons you think it is great, but not their best. Not quite the same idea, but I'm getting image of a road trip where everyone in the car likes different music, then someone plays a song everyone actually likes.

Another great react Danny!!! At around the 3:30 mark I got goosebumps. As you said, super seasoned vocalist, she really has layers. BigLo, what it good my friend!!! Yes, they did have many layers going on with this arrangement, to me this is where I realized their growth. The last 90 seconds of the song is beautiful. The chorus is also very solid!! I really LOVE this band. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Btw, I want to do some more hip-hop at some point; I'm thinking of going back to some older stuff like Wu-Tang & Tribe Called Quest. Great video. Outlander was one of the first songs that Tatiana ever wrote, while Teacher Teacher is one of their newer songs. While the band had more experience writing music, their skills have matured a lot since then. Their performance of Perennial at Wacken and the first song off the new album Macro called Judgement & Punishment are also great.

Jinjer are so great! The way they structure the songs are awesome! Definitely very heavy but it also has a lot of softer moments that I REALLY enjoyed! And as far as your cousin, what's he into now? Hey, it's all good... Jinjer is a hot band right now and they're hungry. Metallica was the king in the mid 80s but they lost their ways after they got super famous.
