the beginning he says mantra or affirmation of "i forgive everyone for everything" - might help to remember to forgive yourself when you make mistakes, a lot of people struggle with thinking about the fact they need to forgive themselves and to be less hard on themselves

I’m honestly so suspicious of SolBrah because he says that everybody can live his sort of lifestyle but lives off of people’s money from SolClub and furthermore who’s to say he actually practices what he preaches? It just seems like a massive Ponzi scheme to me tbh. Most of the time he’s taking information off of other Instagrammers too without any fundamental understanding of the stuff he’s spouting.

the guy looks like he does this stuff. regardless, how else is he supposed to make money? that’s like asking if a podcaster actually believes what they say just because they sell merchandise.

@ does he? His names Carl Stephen Genz as well and he’s a massive nepo baby, look up his business credentials. Plus, if you look at his posts, massively puffy dark circles under the eyes, unable to grow a beard as well as his hair starting the receding process; the man’s not healthy. I also think your justification for ShillBrah’s stuff isn’t solid. The man can still live this lifestyle without because his parents come from money and was doing so before starting his own shit which he shills. Plus you can see in a lot of his “retreat” videos that the colour of his pupils disappear as he’s blitzed off ket or something. Be wary of false idols.

@ cos the man’s a shill. He can give advice to better your life but it’s very general advice that he takes from other instagrams. It’s not even groundbreaking stuff and is generally good health advice: see sunlight, eat real food, touch grass, go to the gym, get enough sleep etc. They’re things which your parents were probably saying when you were growing up. Do you not see the hypocrisy of him taking money from people whilst he’s saying that you too can live this life style if you give him money and buy his products? Does that not sound disingenuous to you?
