The Pokemon Card bulk Market has been a mess for quite some time, but it has become much worse over the past few months. After Pokemon GO released, the Pokemon Card craze took off with the release of Sun & Moon, Guardians Rising, and Burning Shadows. Bulk Pokemon Cards hit an all time high where they were selling from .06-.07 just for a common and uncommon!
However, bulk Pokemon Card crashed during the pandemic with an oversupply of Pokemon Cards being opened it was impossible for demand to keep up on the secondary market. Big companies who sold Pokemon Card Bulk Lots on Ebay and Amazon were constantly racing to the bottom with their pricing trying to find a stable market price for their Pokemon Cards.
To make things even worse, Amazon changed their seller program over the past few months for companies selling Pokemon Cards. They removed dozens of stores and handpicked a small group that would be allowed to sell bulk Pokemon Cards. This resulted in demand for bulk Pokemon Cards disappearing all together.
However, there is still hope. It has never been more important to go through your Pokemon Card collection and remove bulk Pokemon Cards that have value for competitive players. In today's video, we look at some of the cards that you want to make sure you trade off to get the most value for your growing Pokemon Card Collection.

There's no such thing as "valuable" commons or uncommons unless the government JUST handed out $5 trillion for free. Wildly artificial. It's so good we're getting back to a normal economy. Don't forget, the same reason that junk bulk was worth 10x its normal value is also why rent and mortgages went from $1000 to $2500 in that same span. It's bad for everyone.

@@enthused7591 Well, according to tcgplayer (the site most card shops base their values off of) there are such thing as valuable commons/uncommons but it would appear none of them want to honor that price when you go to sell them. It doesn't make me upset haha it's just interesting

I always use my bulk and make bags of like 15 Pokémon, 5 trainers, 3 reverse, and 2 holos every Halloween and give them out! If I had enough bulk V or EX I throw those in some too

Hydropump poke shop takes bulk submissions but you will lose money for sure if you’re not selling like this and pulling valuable bulk. I know for a lot of people it’s work time and money to sort through bulk and sell on tcg so it’s just an option.

Lol yeah realistically, we experienced 1 organic resurgence with Pokemon GO and Evolutions from 2016-2019, then a 2nd artificial resurgence with free trillions of dollars in 2020-2022, but holos and v's v max's, v stars, Ex's etc. are all like 5-10 cent cards, and should have been since 2019, but people were paying 2-6 dollars for 10 cent cards 2 years ago. I mean in early 2020, Cosmic Eclipse character rares were selling for a dollar. By 2022 that same card was $30. That should tell you how big of a bubble this was.

Because bulk is worthless and has always been worthless unless the government goes full socialist and hands out 5 trillion dollars. Now our rent and bills are up 75% while our incomes are only up 10%. That's the full effect of socialism. I have 78lbs of bulk. Unsorted. I desperately need to deal with it all but it's a bit overwhelming. I tried to offload it all at once on eBay but my best offer was hundreds of dollars less than what other, similar lots sold for so I took the listing down. Six years of bulk, including a two year stint collecting Japanese cards (before the scalpers ruined it by selling opened products!) Can you imagine what's inside?

That's why you need to sort cards as you open them so it doesn't become overwhelming. You need to bite the bullet and sort that shit otherwise nobody is going to want it. You will be lucky to give it away.
