I was very young when this show was on (10 when it was cancelled) but I remember watching it with my mom all the time. That Jeep looks almost perfect. A very good representation Danny, well done.

It is a good tribute to a great show and if you think about it, it's poetic justice too... the guy who can make an cool Diorama from a steel can is paying homage to one of the coolest character in TV history.

Do remember Mc Gyver , like yourself I enjoyed watching it too, it used to on a Saturday night at the time I was in my late teens early twenties. You made a fantastic job of Mac's jeep all you need is a Mac Gyver figure standing beside it, enjoy your video's, keep up the great work.

Very nice conversion :) I have the Greenlight MacGyver 1/64 Jeep but yours is more true to the episodes, as the doors are still in place in the Greenlight model. I did watch MacGyver as a kid. It started here in Finland in 1986, I was 11 at the time when it started. I even have most of the DVD's, but still missing few seasons. I really liked MacGyver as he solved problems with his intelligence, and not just shooting the bad guys or use unnecessary violence :)

Very nice work! A fitting tribute to a great TV vehicle. I loved the episode of McGyver where they just reused the chase footage from The Italian Job. I didn't realize until years later that's what they'd done. Nice work, Danny! I always enjoy your builds, especially when you bust out the weathering kit. :)

you should do Mac's 57 Bell Air Nomad Wagon and his 46 Cheby Pickup (all you'd have to do with this one is the paint and then a wooden box that was in the bed right behind the cab)

It depends on the type of build. I always show restorations before images, but I think for this build showing a brand new Jurassic Park Jeep would not do so well.
