At the world pokemon championship, a huge move update was announced. This includes nerfing super strong moves like wing attack, counter, and steel wing. It also reduces the switch clock from 60 to 50 seconds.
This week is Master League and Psychic Cup. Psychic Cup is a single typing great league that only allows pokemon with a psychic typing to complete.
It is Oranguru and Passimian research day in Pokemon Go. Will you get this shiny pokemon? Here is a GBL analysis of the research pokemon and those in the wild.

I’ll add on that although Grookey and its evolutions are currently trash, the ML premier meta will be Rhyperior and Primarina everywhere. It’s a razor leafer that gets to 3700+ CP and claps them both. Something to consider in case you want to grind XLs

Hi! A random complaint about the term "stat product": It refers to the product of the three stats, so there's not really such a thing as "a good stat product for Great League". Something with 100 ATK 130 DEF 130 STA has the same stat product as something with 130 ATK 130 DEF 100 STA -- they're both 1690k -- but the first one has a much better stat *distribution* for GL than the second, obviously. But that's not what "stat product" means. Anyway, just a minor terminology peeve. Thanks for all the great videos!

I’ve had fun using Infernape in Sinnoh/Hisui cups before - it was the only (?) Fire type available, people don’t expect it because it is otherwise bad, so I’d often face teams that were double or triple weak to it. Definitely not a meta pick, but it has a place in my heart!
