⁠@@grantpowell4135 Idk if it’s Ali’s being from the south (Houston), black, or a combination of the two, but I think it’s so goddamn funny when he says “have on ____”, rather than “have ____ on”. For example, Ali says, “Mexicans have on boots” instead of “The Mexicans have boots on”, which is the way I would say the same thing. I’ve heard other people do this and they are all black, however, not all black people do this. So, maybe it’s a southern black dialect thing? It’s such a subtle difference in the way the sentence is structured, but, to me, it’s so much funnier.
