For Dan, and anybody who don't know, there are 4 new potion effects as of 1.21: Wind Charging: Spawns a wind charge at the location of entity's death Infestation: 5-10% chance of spawning silverfish whenever the entity takes damage (including you, but not silverfish, they are immune.) Oozing: Summons two medium slimes at the location of the entity's death. Does not affect slimes for obvious reasons. Weaving: Places cobwebs at the location of the entity's death. Also allows you to go twice as fast inside cobwebs. Also ranom projectiles can spawn above you in ominous trials.

Dan, the reason why silverfish and slimes were spawning in the trial chamber is due to the new potion effects i.e. Oozing. When a mob or player with these effects are killed, the corresponding mob to this effect will spawn. So if a mob inflicted with oozing dies, slimes will spawn where they died.

Hey Dan! Really enjoying the series so far! I have a suggestion for the villagers. You can actually put armor on them by using dispensers and flicking a lever to put it on them. This would protect Rott from lava and so on. Looking forward to the next episode!

the diamond block is the rarest thing to get from a vault and wind burst is the second rarest. much rarer than a heavy core. Also infested spwans silverfish when a mob with the effect dies, so it doesnt really matter if you are infected with it or not. its maily to make the chamber harder. same with oozing and wind charged.

Dan, 2 things. 1. Use your sword more. An axe has a lower atk cooldown and can only hit 1 mob at a time. Since it is only pve, i recommend a sword. 2. Enchant with enchanting table. If you find a lava pool, get some obsidian and make an enchanting table. It would improve your survival situation

Hey, Dan! If you don't want to get caught in the snow every time you visit the trial chamber, consider building a minecart railway. It's a much faster way to travel than by boat, and it can even transport your loot back home while you fight via chest minecarts! Just a suggestion, the video was great!

there are four new effects which all make something happen upon the bearer's death: Oozing (spawns slimes on death), Wind Charged (wind burst on death), Infested (silverfish), and Weaving (cobwebs). So if you kill a mob that has these effect it will spawn these which is where the slime and silverfish spawned this applies to the player as well.

You can look in the ominous vaults for the items in them.The items you see will be the items that you get. After a few times that the same items in the same order have shown up, you might see the mace item. Wait until you see the mace item 2-3 times then open it when it will show up the next time. You can always get more name tags from the low chances of fishing along with even enchanted fishing rods to upgrade your loot with Luck of the Sea enchantment. Otherwise, you can always also travel for more villages or treasure chests to get name tags but those are rarer chances I believe and a much harder method. Rotts name will not come up if he is dead, as he is not a tamed pet. You have to tame an entity for its name to come up in chat. Also in your farm the reason most carrots end up on top of the crafter and not in the hopper is because your hopper is under the water. If you want all the carrots to go into the hopper and eventually in the crafter, the hopper should be placed one block infront of the resting place of the water. Hope it helps :>

Dan, if you need help keeping mobs from going into your portal, put a cow into a boat and push it into the portal. It will stop all mobs from going through, but you will be able to squeeze through… Hope this was helpful!!! :)

Hey Dan, I have a tip here. You can improve the bread crafter by making another hopper that connects to the existing hopper, which can connect to a chest with seeds. This is a way you can sort the bread and seeds. Also, add an infinite redstone looper to automate it, so it crafts instantly. Hope this helps!
