@@plus_sign The hate comes from the redesigned dante and the horrible characterization of him being a ****head and worse about this game is to have to deal with him being a ****head. The infamous wig scene in the first level was the final nail in the coffin that cause an outrage and giving death threats to Ninja Theory.

Besides some horrible lines, this version of Dante is actually quite similar to Nero in DMC 5 in my opinion. Hot headed, brash, and a little cocky.

DmC is a good game but it should not have been a Devil May Cry game. This is now what Devil May Cry is about and they 100% failed to make a devil may cry game. This is why everybody hates this game. If you ignore the fact that this is trying to be a devil may cry game then it's a very good game above avreage i'd say. It just needed to be it's own thing and not Devil may cry

Two things I hate about this boss fight: 1) It's far too easy for how visually stunning it is. 2) Bob's eyes are glitched on all of the console versions. Kinda messes up the effect when he looks googly-eyed with no pupils.
