Im pretty sure Alois talks about 'toplane has no impact', not 'toplane is weak'. Fiora was ahead and had pretty much no impact whatsoever and briar won the game for free, if Ad, Jg or Mid (on a control mage) were to be this ahead, the game would be gapped (which Dantes did to enemy jg) and ends up having impact.

yea there's a very specific difference. Top champs and items are ridiculously broken, and almost no champ from other roles can 1v1 them (with several exceptions ofc).
