Just a quick video showing how I replaced front brake pads & rotors on a 2020 Honda Odyssey.
Tools Needed:
Small pry bars or Strong Flathead Screwdrivers
14mm socket and/or wrench
19mm socket and/or wrench
Breaker bar or impact wrench
Torque wrench
Brake Grease
Torque specs I found online: 37 ft. lbs for the front caliper slide pin bolts and 101 ft. lbs for the Caliper bracket bolts. (I recommend checking that in your manual to make sure that's correct.)

Great video! my 2021 odyssey was having vibrations when braking highway speeds, i replaced pads and rotors at 68,500 miles. The pads were almost new, but the rotors were warped i guess.

1. Great professionally done job. 2. It was a concern to me that my Wife's 2023 would one day need brakes and I wouldn't be able to do the job for lack of a scanner. I've done my own brakes for 40 years on my, my kids,, my parents and a few friends cars but was worried Honda had followed Ford and GM req'g spcl equip't. Thank you very much. These Odyssey brakes are the same process as our old '07 Honda Element.

I just did all 4 brakes. The Japanese screw driver worked for 3 of the 4. The last one wouldn't budge. I used a Philips #3 (PH3) and a Milwaukee impact drill. It came right out!

So when you put the electric parking brake motor back on do you have to do anything to the screw that you turned clock wise so you can push the piston back to make room for new pad

Pump the brakes until they feel firm, and then when you start the car and apply the parking brake it will self adjust. You will hear the motor running longer than it usually does. It may give a warning light on the dash initially, but it will go away after you turn the car back off and on again. Best of luck to you.
