Professionel tip for getting clean lines. You need to "seal the tape" first, Paint the edges of the tape with what ever the wall color is, in this chase white and that way the grey cant run under the tape. If your wall surface is not smooth paint the white 2 times. Bonus tip tape often is easyer to remove while paint is still wet, so remove it right after the finish layer, there is no reason to wait👍

Btw, Dantic, I been painting for over 20 years, the reason you are not getting straight lines with your tape job... its not you. Its the tape you are buying, stop using the "blue" tape. Try using the "Green" tape, that will give you crisp lines.
