My husband and I went to Border grill in December and we were blown away by how delicious the food was and how stylized the was on the plates. We decided we needs to go there whenever we come to Las Vegas. Definite hidden gem!

I ate all 14 plates when I went here last year! It was literally the only & last Strip buffet open at the time. It was very good, but after the 8th plate, I realized many of the flavors were the same; only with different combinations.

Now,THAT'S what I'm talking about! Wow.Everything looked mouthwatering! One of my favorite cuisines. Loved this.Very fair price for all u had too!The owners of The Border Grill, Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Finger, started here in LA 30 years ago and their take on Mexican and Latin food has always been muy delicioso.They have since expanded their restaraunts into many areas and are experts in Latin cooking.Small plates and street food is their speciality. Interesting side note: my late husband was a PT time scuba instructor and back in the day he certified Mary Sue and her husband,Josh, not long after their arrival in LA!
