Watching this again has made me realise just how good this video and edit is. Dan, this is one of your very best pieces in my opinion, I’m blown away by it in so many ways. The big scale mountain shots are mind blowing. The colour, the music, the sense of absolute bloody joy running throughout the thing. To say it’s inspirational doesn’t do it or you justice. How did you even get the aerial shot of you and scotty running down the mountain trail together?? Chomping at the bit to go running where you’ve shown us here, looks like utter paradise, I’d just make sure I took a good stock of peanut butter with me! i've been there skiing this year. the views are simply breathtaking. the altitude makes breathing a challenge and I needed 3 days to accomodate. now my dream is to go there in the summer to climb these beautiful peaks. there is also migu skyrun series race held each year in livigno on a distance about 40 km. greets from Poland man, You're amazing. Keep it up!

Not sure if you look for quick sugar sources much during runs, one thing I was impressed by last time I was in Italy is they have lollies (like natural confectionery company soft chewy things) made with Agar rather than Gelatin all over Italy so it is often fairly easy to buy vegan lollies. Admittedly I bought one pack for the novelty value but have not been in the habit of eating lollies for so long that I did not pick the habit up while out exercising. I notice some people who struggle with gels during exercise are happy with lollies, but that is not an option for vegans in Australia generally
