I rate three you tubers for content that just hooks me in and blows me away every time they post a video. Casey Neistat, Ethan Newberry and Dan whitehead. Seriously bro You are up there with Casey in the way you tell a story, film a story and produce the story. No one else hooks me in like you guys.

F*ck me! I can't get over how bloody good your vids are. Just when I think they can't get any better, you bust out that drone shot of the two of you 9:26 - 9:33. You are a god damn legend mate.
@ioanparry6 жыл бұрын
AWESOME video. Did anyone else just pause the video at 9:30-9:35 and just stare at the screen open mouthed?? These video skills are ridiculous mate, and the drone sequences are really something else. This is going to make an insane video series, not sure many other folks are producing running videos with this much personality?? I feel your pain on the food front, the extreme lack of peanut butter is simply not on...gap in the market there for a vegan food and nutrition store??
@DanWhitehead6 жыл бұрын
Ioan Charnley-Parry thanks man appreciate the kind words and feed back. I'm not sure if there would be at least not in this kind of area veganism is no where near as common as back home
@ioanparry6 жыл бұрын
Fair play, they do love their hams/salamis/pepperonis out there. But they're such an amazing cooking nation, they should be using the full food spectrum!? Your regular loss of words and chuckles of disbelief actually do a great job of summing up how stunning it looks by the way. How are the Camelbak packs fairing, and is it just the one pack you're using ATM?

I’ve watched about 20 videos , and holy crap, this one could have been the best. The action starting at 8 min was out of this world. Your content is plentiful and world class ! I love your themes , searching for coffee , peanut butter , Scotty getting some digs on you , awesome running footage and gratitude. Completely sick.

Watching this again has made me realise just how good this video and edit is. Dan, this is one of your very best pieces in my opinion, I’m blown away by it in so many ways. The big scale mountain shots are mind blowing. The colour, the music, the sense of absolute bloody joy running throughout the thing. To say it’s inspirational doesn’t do it or you justice. How did you even get the aerial shot of you and scotty running down the mountain trail together?? Chomping at the bit to go running where you’ve shown us here, looks like utter paradise, I’d just make sure I took a good stock of peanut butter with me! This series of your European trip is one of the best running related series on KZbin, no doubt about it mate...hope you’re doing well.

Dan, PHWOAR!!! This is stunning. You have an uncanny ability to piece together a story, music it, shoot it, and blow me away! I've been getting into running more and more for about 4 years and this just feeds me weekly. I'm in Australia at the moment but from the UK and would have been on Six Foot Track if not for a plantar fasciitis injury holding me down now. Well done man. Keep it up. Consider packing in the day job cause you've just launched yourself into the career of your dreams. Even if you don't succeed as a pro runner, you'll be a filmmaker for life! Jealous it. Love it. Superb.

You've gone and bloody done it again, Dan! I must have said "Holy shit" about twenty times - I'm completely dumbstruck at every shot here. The scenery is bloody incredible, and I love how it's interspersed with such 'human' moments too: The little wave and laugh from the cashier lady; the heartwarming clips of Scotty's daughter; and the pure joy on your face when eating that vegan burger, too! All killer, no filler! :) Knocked it out of the park this week, mate. Keep doing what you're doing!

Not sure if you look for quick sugar sources much during runs, one thing I was impressed by last time I was in Italy is they have lollies (like natural confectionery company soft chewy things) made with Agar rather than Gelatin all over Italy so it is often fairly easy to buy vegan lollies. Admittedly I bought one pack for the novelty value but have not been in the habit of eating lollies for so long that I did not pick the habit up while out exercising. I notice some people who struggle with gels during exercise are happy with lollies, but that is not an option for vegans in Australia generally
