nebulize albuterol followed by nacl 0.9% to help thinner her secretion and airway clearance technique by percussion (clapping pt back), vibration, deep breathing and huffing or coughing. Atleast 3 times a day. Drink a lot of fluid as well to help moisten the phlegm.

Also, please bear in mind that fever most of the times is a symptom of other ailments, aside from cause of infections. Painit sa likod 30mins kada aga... painoma Ginger tea with honey or warm kalamansi with honey... then gawa ka nang chopped garlic with honey let it sit for 1 week then painom mo sa kanya 1tsp in the morning everyday pambakod sng lumo. Why doesn’t the Doctor prescribe a nebulizer breathing treatment for Aria. You should invest in a nebulizer which is excellent for removing phlegm. Use budesonide or Albuterol. The phlegm and mucus will dissolve very quickly and free up her lungs and passages. It is used for children who have a hard time removing their mucus and phlegm also excellent for those with asthma any age. For your little boy, you really should put him on a diet. It’s not healthy for him to be so overweight, even changing his milk from whole milk to 2% although I do not remember seeing 2% readily available in the Philippines. As k the Pediatrician for a child’s diet. Here in the US, they just change the milk to low fat milk 2 % or even 1%.
