My lifetime of enjoying Dr Clarke from his beginnings . Saw him perform in Bristol. Way back then . He has always been around . After all these years of delightful life . He gets on the road again after a quiet spell enough said . Visits another venue close to me . Mike garry was his deputy . I remember his opening intro he announced who he nd he was going to take us

Damn phone didn't finish my story . Mike garry was going to take us right down with his poetry then Clarke will come on and lift us all back up. Mike garrys poetry is deep and draws you in to listen to every word. I wonder if he will remember this . He wrote a poem on a paper plate and after threw it into the audience. Strangely it reached me because people kept passing it on . I still have it but can't read it he writes like a doctor. Respect to you sir.

Thanks but NO THANKS! I'll stick with Thomas Shadwell. The proper, traditional, properly written poetry!

You do that. We'll be ok without you.

I am NOT a Poet! Sorry if I upset you! Mike Garry is I am sure more brilliant than me!
