No elevator , would limit my elders , and 20 thousand for yard work clean up and pool , leaving the TV's was a good idea , if they have the remotes , but in all it's off the chain for the price , 😊

That home has had a lot of water damage especially at the terrace level, 2 retaining walls on each side! But no run off for the water to exit those drain pipes/hoses allow the water to reseed backwards.. I lived that nightmare before…

This house is just big with no real wow features. Not much thought put in to the layout. One room had a fireplace at the bottom of the stairs where you can trip over the hearth. Bordered on tacky. A house over a million dollars with four levels should have included an elevator. What a discombobulated mess. I wonder if it's even up to code... The builder was more interested in quantity of square footage than quality.

I actually like the house and the grandiosity of the chandeliers rod iron stairways and I think I saw a catwalk.. The first lower level down is outstanding to say the least it’s an entertainers dream. The bottom ground floor is a house within itself but seems lonely a touch of creepy not not ugly but feels not apart of the rest of the house it just needs people presence as you would already know. I wouldn’t dare try and correct you but but just thinking hmm I wouldn’t use the word basement for a million dollar plus home not the grand homes you feature anyway that’s cookie cutter subdivision houses gotcha!! Lol I dislike one thing about this home and that’s jack and Jill bathrooms I hate those it’s cheating and cutting corners for me in a house that size and price. The bottom floor terrace can be an amazing area with a buyer with an imagination. I might be a bit concerned if I were considering buying noticing the multiple drain pipe’s flowing into the ground couldn’t that cause foundational issues later especially if the sun doesn’t shine in that area to dry it. I’d lay concrete like the pool area if I were buying something for the new owners to do. This house has every amenity a house could can have. You are definitely at the top of the chain of real-estate agent’s!!
