The best song writer, singer is indeed Van Morrison. My children are 53, 52, 50, 48(deaceased) 45, they all were raised listening to Van. We are a Van Morrison family❤️❤️❤️. I am 73 years young and Saturday I will see him with my 3 girls and his wife at Forest Hills, New York. I will cry all the way through the concert thinking of my son who passed away February 14, 2022 of this year. At his funeral we played Van Morrison because he loved him!! Blessings to Van for being with us all these years❤️❤️❤️🦅🦅🦅

Van is not a singer he is not a composer... he is a dream born on transformations of light and air and seafoam and miasma... drifting and coddling iridescent glimpses of times past ... futures to come and both the chartered and unchartered destinies... mostly out beyond the reaches of the time-space continuum... where relevance, consequence all drift aimlessly in perfect harmony devoid of all posturing, promises and... the need to be... just drift along in the glow of life and the warm embrace of eternal love sensuality.

I can never convince my family ,friends, colleagues, aquantantices or even strangers of Vans' brilliance, argueably one of the best singer/songwriters of his generation and the last 60 years or so.The usual reactions include blank stares, dismissive comments and my favourite is "yeah he sang "Brown eyed girl" didnt he?,which is like saying Bob Dylan had a few good songs back in the 60's and then sort of disappeared. So it is good to see this little known, but brilliant, gem achieve 100,000 views on 21-5-20.The fans are out there I just don't cross their paths.Cheers to great talent, great taste and Vans' loyal fans.

this composition is truly etheral. Transporting one into connection with something greater inside them. This song floats, and floats, and floats, I'd hate to be a tripper, tripping out, when this song got played, you'd wonder where the heck you are if under the influence...

Thank thank you for finding this and sharing on KZbin. We need everything found and recorded before he leaves us one day for Valhalla. No one like him. He does all genres and does them all so well. Voice songwriting arrangements then goes to other versions of his own song and makes it spiritual. I’ve loved every instrumental he’s recorded. Thank you Sir Van. Irish/rocker/Celtic folk soul/ rhythm n blues and folk jazz. This is stunning. 💥🔥. From an original LA Troubadourian. ✌🏻☘️

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above[a] proclaims his handiwork. 2 Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. 3 There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard. 4 Their voice[b] goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, 5 which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy. 6 Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat. -- Psalm 19

In the daring night when all the Stars are shining bright Squeeze me don't leave me In the daring night Galactic swirl in the firmament tonight Oh with the Lord of the Dance With the Lord of the Dance In the daring night I see Orion and The Hunters Standing by the light of the moon In the daring night In the daring night And the heart and the soul As we look up in awe and wonder at the heavens Oh and we go with the Lord of the Dance With the Lord of the Dance, the Lord of the Dance In the daring night In the daring night when all the stars are shining bright Oh baby squeeze me, don't leave me, in the daring night In the firmament we move, we move and we live And we have our being Squeeze me don't leave me, leave me in the daring night In the firmament we move and galactic swirl And we live and we breathe and have our being Baby in the daring light Darling squeeze me squeeze me Don't ever leave me in the daring night When all the stars are shining bright And don't let go, and don't let go Don't let go don't let go in the daring night And we move and we move, and we move and we move Baby don't let go in the daring night In the daring night when all the stars are Shining bright Baby squeeze me don't leave me in the daring night Capture it all oh with the Lord of the Dance Oh with the Lord of the Dance in the daring night With the Lord of the Dance in the daring night With the lord of the dance and the great Goddess Of the eternal wisdom Standing by the light of the moon in the daring night And the bodies move and we sweat And have our being Don't leave me in the daring night In the daring night when all the stars are Shining bright Squeeze me don't leave me Baby in the daring night Squeeze me don't leave me Baby in the daring night Songwriter: Van Morrison
