So good to hear the full Argento musical experience. I have always thought he had a great sense for the perfect type of music for his films. They complement well for the atmosphere.

Not Phenomena or his producing credit on Demonia. Heavy metal does not enhance atmosphere.

@@parallaxview2143Phenomena's soundtrack is one of my favourite and it does enhances the experience as far as I'm concerned. These kinds of things are subjective.

The original music scores by Goblin for original Suspiria and Zombi aka Dawn of the Dead are simply incredible :-)

I agree man ; just Fabio Frizzi with "Lucio Fulci" made better with the best italians musicians (for sure it's my only point of view)

I Goblin stanno a Dario Argento come Ennio Morricone sta a Sergio Leone. Miti assoluti

On "Ténèbre" the bass-guitar is totatly a Jaco Pastorius bass-line (i'm talking about the mean thème off course)

En improvisant sur ma basse ; j'entends toute la richesse de Ennio Morricone (les extensions d'accords et les diverses tonalités) alors que "L'oiseau au plumage de christal" n'était que le premier film
