Nice Dario. One thing I rarely see people cover is using two fingers and staying in position rather than moving horizontally. Some lick I've learned by Django seem to stay in position. Creates a bit of decision how to finger a Major arpeggio (say A major at the 5th fret). I've seen Tchavalo finger major arpeggios this way. Doesn't seem to be tremendous advantage other than knowing how to navigate it for personal reasons, or to use some vibrato with strong fingers one and two. It's a rabbit hole I've been slowly exploring.

@callouscallus thank you, yes, as always I'd say there's no absolute right or wrong way, but worth trying 2 fingers in position and seeing how it feels. I find I often prefer Django's way:)

C’est encore du Grande Dario, je vais bien sûr essayer tout cette technique, dès que mes doigts disent "ok"😅. Mille grazie, Dario.

My two cents worth….. WHY…. Django used two fingers out of necessity…. He would be shaking his head in disbelief at anyone trying to copy that…. MUSIC, it’s about the music, play the music…

@markplumb3968 no one is arguing that Mark, however when it comes to developing one's technique in this style of music, it's useful to consider how best to develop fingering patterns that express the sound and style more effectively than others.
